The script understands all the elements (except for Ac, Cp, and Pr) and the following abbreviations:
Ac = acetyl CH3C(O)-
Bn = benzyl C6H5CH2-
Bu = butyl C4H9-
Bz = benzoyl C6H5C(O)-
Ph = Phenyl C6H5
Cy = Cyclohexyl C6H11
Cp = Cyclopentadienyl C5H5-
Et = Ethyl CH2CH3
Mes = Mesityl (2,4,6-trimethylphenyl) (CH3)3C6H2-
Me = Methyl CH3-
Pr = Propyl C3H7
Py = Pyridine C5H5N
Tol = Tolyl CH3C6H4-
Tos = Tosylate/Toluenesulfonate CH3C6H4SO3-
Ts = Tosylate/Toluenesulfonate CH3C6H4SO3-
Tf = Triflate CF3SO3- Do not use "OTf" abbreviation.
