Welcome to the Boehr group in the Department of Chemistry at The Pennsylvania State University. Our group uses Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy to measure protein dynamics in a variety of pharmacologically-relevant enzymes. As you’ll see on our Website, the internal motions of proteins have practical consequences in terms of rational drug design and protein engineering.
