NMR Facility
The Eberly College of Science and Department of Chemistry have recently undertaken a comprehensive modernization of the Department of Chemistry's solution NMR facility. Our laboratory is one of the primary users of the new Lloyd Jackman NMR Facility (made possible by Bruker Biospin). Below are a few images of the research instrumentation available to members of our group through the facility.
850 MHz (20.0T) US2 Avance III Spectrometer
Features include:
- Four channel Avance III console with high power imaging gradients and solids capability.
- TCI-Cryoprobe.
600 MHz (14.1T) Avance III Spectrometer
In the summer of 2008, this magnet was upgraded with a four channel Avance III console and TCI-cryoprobe.
500 MHz (11.7T) Avance III Spectrometer
Like the 600 MHz, this magnet has been upgraded with a four channel Avance III console and TCI-cryoprobe.
