Instructions

There are two choices for minimization methods (User can move the red ball to specify initial position.)
1. Steepest descents
2. Simulated annealing
  - Velocity Verlet algorithm, where at each step the velocity is multiplied by the scaling factor
  - User specifies the initial velocity and the scaling factor
